Love your lines

Poetry film by Older Women Rock

Love your lines is a poetry film by Older Women Rock, and is about society’s pressure on older women to ‘age agelessly’. It has been made for Tammy Whynot’s YouTube channel and is based on Leah Thorn’s poem ‘Don’t Buy the Hype’.

‘Older Women Rock!’ is Leah Thorn’s project of poetry, retro clothes, performance and film and the idea for it grew out of her experience of ageing as a woman and from conversations with other women her age.
